Hasdrubal Barca

Hasdrubal

Hasdrubal Barca (d. 207 BC), Carthaginian general and younger brother of Hannibal; killed at the Battle of the Metaurus River when his army was destroyed by Roman forces. His severed head was thrown into Hannibal's camp as a signal of Carthage's fate.
