Ahura Mazda (Ormuzd) is the supreme deity and principle of good in Zoroastrian religion; in Lorán's allegorical speech the Ormuzd–Ahriman dualism stands for the conflict between poetic inspiration (Ormuzd) and the common world that destroys it (Ahriman).
