Callisto

also: Kaliste, Kallisto

In Greek mythology, Callisto was a nymph and hunting companion of Artemis. Seduced by Zeus and transformed into a bear — either by Zeus to hide her or by Artemis in anger — she was later placed among the stars as the constellation Ursa Major. In Madách's drama the name is used for a female character.
