Omodé (Amadé) nádor (Palatine Amadé, d. 1311), the most powerful magnate of early Angevin Hungary and Palatine of the realm. His tyrannical rule over northern Hungary provoked the citizens of Kassa (Košice) to assassinate him in 1311, triggering a crisis that became the subject of Madách's historical drama Az utolsó napok (The Last Days).
